Everyone brings something.
Everyone leaves with more.

The IBEAR wiki: where alumni teach, students build, and what works gets offered to the institution.

Four boxes, one loop. Big idea → core → the pages. Open what you need.

The thesis "The network inside this program is what opened the network outside it." USC Marshall's own words, closing the July 2026 panel recap. Everything here runs on that sentence.

Marshall's collaborative ambition has an old name at USC: Trojan to Trojan — the working assumption that any Trojan will pick up for any other. This wiki is that assumption made mechanical for IBEAR: a potluck at institutional scale. Alumni bring hindsight. Students bring building energy. The school brings tools and rooms. Nobody hosts; the table covers everyone — and every contribution is written down, credited, and left where the next cohort can find it.

One loop, three movements: alumni teach ↓ students build ↓ what works gets offered up ↺ — and the cycle restarts with every class.

Movement one · Alumni teach A panel is one afternoon. A page is permanent. Razors: what four decades of alumni learned, captured with credit.

When alumni share something worth keeping — on a panel, in a talk, in an answer — it becomes a credited page here within days, so it outlives the feed and reaches cohorts who weren't in the room.

Movement two · Students build Don't wait for the program. Form a cell. The Challenge: PO + SM + developers + AI. Two cells live. The door is open.
Movement three · The institution provides You already paid for these. Use them. Official USC tools, verified live — and the hand-over path for everything above.

The school's side of the potluck: practice tools, coaching, and the official platform. This wiki links only what's official and checked — and it's built to be handed over, not to compete.

Official USC career resources — verified Big Interview, InterviewStream, MCSO, and the coaching — every link checked, re-reviewed each August IBEAR Connect ↗ The official USC Marshall alumni platform — where you actually reach people
The hand-over: if the program adopts the model, everything here — entries, credits, cells, structure — moves into IBEAR Connect as its own. Until then it lives here, and it works today.
Close the loop Add your piece. One email. Credited, same week. That's the whole process.

A razor you heard, a page your cell shipped, a resource that's missing, a translation, a correction. Send it with your name (or pseudonym) and it goes up — see the contribution guide for the two-minute format.
